Legilimens isn't a spell its an ability actually:P you don't so Legilimens or Occlumency you just do it you don't need a wand to use it meaning its not a spell same for apparation:P so they'd go into your specialtys/abilities not your spell list

well it's not a spell its an ability and occlumency was never verbal it was an ability somebody learned and kept forever and alot of people can use legilimens without a wand or saying it verbally meh anyway kristian i edited your thing to add those things to abilities
