History: Zoey Winchester was raised and brought up by muggles although who or what she actually is is a complete mystery to her she knows for a fact that wizard blood runs through her veins along with a number of other things though she has no idea since there is no way of traceing her genology she was left on a muggles door step befor she could talk however unlike harry potter she's not realated to these muggles and they have never been weirded out by the things she can do because there daughter is a muggle born witch and has allready graduated from hogwarts.

Aperance: long curly blond hair with natural red and brown streaks in it lovely purplish blue eyes and picular olive skin tone with a slight sparkle to it she is graceful and slender often wheres bizare styles of clothing and her height is about 5'6 she allways been tall for her age.
